TUNA STEAK
Serves: 4

Prep Time: 30 Minutes

Cooking Time: 4-10 Minutes
INGREDIENTS

    4-8 ounce tuna steaks
    4 tablespoons soy sauce
    2 tablespoon lemon juice
    4 cloves crushed garlic
    4 tablespoons olive oil



INSTRUCTIONS

1.    Mix ingredients in shallow dish or Ziplock bag and add steaks.  Marinate for 30 minutes.

2.    Heat grill to medium-high heat and cook 4-5 minutes on each side (for medium well, 2 minutes on each side for rare).  Adjust cooking time to desired doneness.

*NOTE*

May also sear in a hot pan.  Preheat pan on medium-high heat, add oil and cook steaks according to guidelines above.
