GLUTEN FREE STEAK FAJITAS
Serves: 4-6

Cooking Time: 15 Minutes
INGREDIENTS

    1 pound steak cut into thin strips
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    2 teaspoons chili powder
    1 teaspoon sugar
    teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon paprika
    teaspoon onion powder
    teaspoon garlic power
    teaspoon cayenne pepper
    teaspoon cumin
    2/3 cup water
    Preferred toppings such as cheese, sour cream, salsa, jalapenos, avocado, lettuce and tomatoes
    Gluten free tortillas (may be purchased or made from scratch)



INSTRUCTIONS

1.    Mix all dry ingredients in small bowl.

2.    Add 1 tbsp olive oil to meat, coat well and add mix. 

3.    On medium heat, add 1 tbsp oil to pan.  Add meat and cook until almost done.  Add vegetables and water and cook until tender-crisp.
   
4.    Fill gluten free tortillas with meat mixture and preferred toppings.
