INGREDIENTS

    2 cups gluten free granola (prepared from gluten free granola recipe)
    2 cups yogurt of your choice*
    Fresh fruit if you wish

*Note
Not all types of yogurt are gluten free.  Pictured here is the plain greek yogurt by Fage.  If you prefer another yogurt type, this page provides an excellent discussion on which yogurt makers provide gluten free products.

INSTRUCTIONS

1.    Layer equal amounts of granola and yogurt in a small dish.  Repeat layers as many times as you wish and add fruit if desired.
