TENDER BEEF CHUCK ROAST

Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Cooking Time: Low for 8 hours in Crock Pot
INGREDIENTS

    3-4 pound beef chuck roast
    1 tablespoon Gravy Master Seasoning
    2 tablespoons dried parsley
    2 teaspoons dill weed
    2 teaspoons onion flakes
    2 teaspoons salt
    2 teaspoons garlic powder
    teaspoon pepper
    -1 stick of butter (depends on preference)
    3-4 peppers (Anaheim, Cubanelle or pepperoncini)



INSTRUCTIONS

1.     Mix parsley, dill, onion, salt, garlic powder and pepper in a small bowl.

2.     Place roast in Crock Pot. Drizzle Gravy Master over roast and sprinkle seasonings on top.  Place stick of butter on roast as well as peppers.  Cook on low for 8 hours.   Easy, tender and flavorful!
