GLUTEN FREE BERRY CRISP

Baking Time: 30-40 minutes
INGREDIENTS

    cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
    cup of fresh or frozen blackberries
    cup of fresh or frozen raspberries
    1 tablespoons sugar
    2/3 cup gluten-free baking mix
    2/3 cup regular oats
    cup packed brown sugar
      teaspoon cinnamon
    teaspoon nutmeg
    cup butter



INSTRUCTIONS

1.     Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.

2.     Rinse fresh berries well and let drain.  In a large bowl, mix berries with sugar and set aside.

3.     In another bowl, mix baking mix, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg well.

4.     Cut in butter with a pastry blender or two knives until crumbly.

5.     Place fruit in an 8x8 dish and cover with topping.

6.     Bake for 35-40 minutes or until fruit is bubbly and topping is lightly browned and crisp.

7.     Serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
