GLUTEN FREE BAKED SALMON

Marinate: 1 hour

Bake: 35-45 minutes
INGREDIENTS

    4 cloves garlic, minced
    6 tablespoons olive oil
    2 teaspoon basil
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoon pepper
    2 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon parsley
    4 (6 ounce) salmon filets



INSTRUCTIONS

1.    Mix garlic, olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley in a medium glass bowl.  Place salmon in shallow glass bowl and cover with marinade.  Let stand in refrigerator for an hour, turning occasionally.

2.    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

3.    Place salmon in aluminum foil, pour marinade over filets and seal.  Place in a glass dish and bake 35-45 minutes.  Fish is ready when it flakes easily with a fork.
