ROASTED PARMESAN ASPARAGUS

INGREDIENTS

    1 bunch thin asparagus spears, trimmed
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon sea salt
    teaspoon black pepper
    1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)



INSTRUCTIONS

1.     Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2.     Place asparagus in mixing bowl, drizzle with olive oil.  Toss to coat then sprinkle with Parmesan, garlic, salt and pepper.  Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer.

3.     Bake until just tender, 12-15 minutes depending on thickness.  Sprinkle with lemon juice before serving.
